Well, now you can. In November 2018 we are again offering the How to Sell Your Expertise Online Boot Camp. It starts on the 6th November 2018 and runs for 4 weeks and is ideal for sole traders and small business owners offering services to their clients who want to know more and learn how to get started with both the tools and knowledge. It’s for people who, within 4 weeks want to take action and get their first expertise package offering online and into the world.
You start on week one with no package in place and launch it in week 4. Its for action takers and doers! The Boot Camp shows you the way to offer a package online and the approach you will need to take – one big secret is the prep is nowhere close to the volume you think it is and we show you how.
- On Order – You join us on the ideas into action ‘on demand’ webinar and learn how to use the resources we have created to start off your journey. You also join our Facebook Group and ask questions and get to know other members. The webinar and workbook are ‘on demand’ so you can watch all or bits of it as it suits you and your lifestyle.
- Week One – you join us live in a coaching call online with other business owners all wanting to achieve the same thing – packaged, scalable offerings that release them from doing only 1-2-1 work. You can ask all your questions about packaging your expertise, we take you through the 3 stage process we use which includes methods to test the market, the best delivery method and promotion activity needed to kick start your packaged expertise offering. Week one includes an overview of what you will be doing across the four weeks and in depth information on how to work out a package and start the research for it. You get homework which you bring to week Two. If you cannot attend live don’t worry, its much better if you can, but we understand life gets in the way, we send a recording and you can send in your questions in advance of the group call.
- Week Two – It’s time to look at the results of your market testing and dig deep into any questions you have to ensure there are enough people who want the package that you have in mind. We tell you in real time how to tweak your offering and work on your audience to get the results you need. Another live call with other business owners all doing the same thing as you! This week we go into all you need to know about testing your market so you save time and cash later on. Same rules as week one, if you cannot attend you can send in your questions and we will deal with them on the call and you get the recording.
- Week Three – This week we are fully immersed into the delivery method you are considering on the live call and give you our insight into the benefits and pitfalls of each one. We talk pricing and copy tips and how less is more when offering your first packaged offering. How to take people from A -B without losing them along the way. The little subtle changes in delivery that can make a massive impact on you and your business and scale your income and your reach beyond expectations and limits when doing 1-2-1 work.
- Bonus – During the in between live calls you can get support via the Facebook Group so you never have long to wait to get your questions answered.
- Week Four – Launch and sell – this is the big one on this our final live call, you have gone through all of the work now and its time to get moving on sales. That means marketing and promotion and testing. We go through low cost, no cost methods of promotion and share with you lots of tips and hints taken from our own experience in marketing on low budgets.
